The competition begins on 21/05/2024 at 10:00am BST and ends on 30/09/2024 at 11:59pm BST. Entries submitted before or after the competition period will not be considered.

To enter the competition, participants must visit the Forever England website (www.foreverengland.com/competition) and submit their name and email address. Entries will only be accepted through the Forever England website. Entries submitted on any other website will not be considered. By entering the competition, participants agree to automatically be subscribed to the Forever England newsletter and must unsubscribe themselves if they no longer wish to be subscribed to our mailing list.   

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Forever England Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter. The winner will receive a £500 Forever England online voucher, redeemable on www.foreverengland.com. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. By entering our competition, you agree that we may post your first name on our social media platforms if you are selected as the winner.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment by any participant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of the organiser's control. The decision of the organiser in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
