How do I place an order?

How long does the delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on your location. UK mainland orders will be despatched on the same day if you have ordered before 3pm * subject to stock availability. Most of our products are despatched on next day delivery service. Small items such as gifts, accessories and nightwear may be dispatched via Royal Mail which will normally take about 1-2 days. Large items and furniture delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on stock level.

How do I return/exchange a purchase that does not meet my expectations?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact Forever England customer service on 01935 811970 to arrange a return/exchange.
All we ask is that you return it unused in its original packaging, along with your order details and reason for return.
We recommend you return goods by registered post though your local post office, gaining a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.
How long will it take for Furniture/ Bed to arrive?
This depends on which item it is, whether or not we have it in stock and where you live. Each product on our website has approximate lead times displayed in More Information tab.
