Forever England aim to handle your order quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

FURNITURE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

As delivery methods, timing and fees vary item to item; please refer to our product pages for delivery specifics

  • Most furniture and beds will arrive within 2-4 weeks and are delivered using a DPD courier service
  • Delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
  • Please note that express delivery methods are unavailable for oversized items

TAX, DUTY AND HANDLING OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Our products are despatched from UK on Unpaid Duty basis, recipient may have to pay Import duty or Customs Fee upon or prior to the delivery

NO-ONE AT HOME

If you know that there isn’t going to be anyone to receive the delivery, you can instruct DPD for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place such as; “leave in porch” or “leave with no5”, this is to be done through the DPD app or online. Otherwise courier will leave you a calling card so that you can re-arrange delivery for another day.

The delivery company handling your order (DPD courier) will email or send you text message with date and time of delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY POLICY

COST OF THE RE-DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 48 – 72 HOURS FROM NOTIFICATION.
