When you buy something from us, we hope you love it.

However, should you change your mind we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 28 days.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Your item must be unopened and include the original product packaging. We cannot process a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.

Be sure to return your items in their original condition and well protected along with your order details and reason for return. This right of exchange or return is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which is unaffected.

If goods are returned damaged, you may be liable for a damage charge.

Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.

1. Return using Royal Mail or a courier of your choice at your own cost to our address.

2. We can ask DPD to email you a label to attach to the parcel. Take the parcel to your nearest DPD depot that can be found by inputting your postcode here:  https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/depotfinder/index.jsp

3. We can ask DPD to email you a label to attach to the parcel. Take the parcel to a DPD Pick Up Point that can be found by inputting your postcode here:  https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder

For both DPD options, you will need to contact us first to have the return label generated and emailed to you. Without this label, the parcel cannot be returned through DPD.

Inside the return, please include your name and order number. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Once we receive the parcel, we
will refund you the cost of the goods minus the DPD return shipping cost of
£6.99 if you have chosen option 2 or 3.

Once the return has been received and the refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account.
